# I can't withdraw my refund

## You contributed to a Presale which failed and now you want to get your Contribution back.

Most of you are simply confused by the fact that an INTERNAL Transaction doesn't show like an EXTERNAL transaction on the logs.

To see the refund you claimed, simply check under "Internal Txns" on your Platform Scan Website.

You can claim your deposited tokens, if your Presale gets cancelled or fails.
