Additional to the value of the native chain token we charge 2% of the tokens you sold on our platform. If you lock for example 70% of your liquidity you will get the remaining amount of BNB/ETH/... 30% to the wallet of the initator of the presale.\*\* # SoftCap & HardCap *SoftCap and HardCap are the two steps you need to achieve for listing your project.* **If you reach the Softcap but not the Hardcap and the timer of your SALE runs out, you have to call finalize within 48 hours.** * ️Tokens which are not sold are burnt after finalization * **Finalize will initiate the listing on the DEX and locking the LPs in our LOCKER** * ️People can now claim their contributions in Tokens * ️the % you set for the LP Pool will go to the pool the rest will go to your wallet. * ️You also get the possibility to CANCEL the sale by yourself, jump to the 3rd part of the message to read more. **If you reach the HardCap you have to finalize within 48 hours.** * All the Tokens are available for claiming * The % of Liquidity goes to the pool, **the rest goes to your wallet**! * **Finalize will initiate the listing on the DEX and locking the LPs in our LOCKER** * You also got the possibility to CANCEL the sale by yourself, jump to the 3rd part of the message to read more. **If you don't reach Softcap/Hardcap and your timer runs out or you press "CANCEL":** * Makes all funds claimable back to the people who contributed * The tokens of the presale creator are sent back! * You will need a new Wallet and Contract for a new presale # Can't Finalize the Presale **Finalize can be called within 48hours when your presale is within 1 minimum contribution amount of the hardcap or when timer runs out.** *Your BNBs then gets send to the connected DEX for creating the Pool for your Liquidity, the rest % of the BNBs gets send to the Presale Initator wallet. So - 75% Pancake --> 25% BNBs to your wallet.* **If you are having issues with finalizing go through this checklist if you did everything:** 1. I excluded the two addresses given in the Presale panel from the fees of my contract. 2. I did set all fees to 0 3. If I got a Safemoon function clone, i did set the function "**SwapAndLiquify**" to "**false**" 4. I did set the **MaxTransactionAmmount** to *100% of my supply.* 5. I don't have any Transaction limitations on my contract enabled 6. That might change in the future ## How Many Addresses **Can I add**? * At once? * Depends on the Network speed, we did tests with 500 Addresses at once and it worked, but we had days when the speed of the network, for example was very slow and we had to split up our lists in parts of 50 Addresses at once. * Overall? * Basically the maximum size of an array is 2^(64) -1, which is kindly enough. # Error in whitelisting addresses? If you get an error thrown when trying to add more addresses, then you probably didnt check your addresses before adding them. ## How do I check my Addresses? {% embed url="" %} Basically all addresses should be valid Addresses, the best way to do this, is with an editor: We will use these following tools to check our addresses: * * ### 1. If you still got errors, make sure to split up your addresses in smaller batches and check for the invalid address. # Multiple Presale ## Can I do two presales with the Same Contract? For now this feature is not yet available, you can only do one presale for a Contract. **But with the WHITELIST you can combine a Private Sale and a Public Sale :)** You cant launch a PRESALE if you already got liquidity added to a DEX. ## My presale failed, how can I start a new one? For a new Presale you'll need a new Wallet and a new Contract. # Website is not loading If you don't see our website or got some error on loading content, this is probably being caused by an old version you are trying to load. Make sure you always use the newest version of our Website and check for updates in our Telegram Channel :) These are the required key combinations to make a HARD refresh: Windows: CTRL+F5\ Mac - Safari: CMD + ALT + E\ Mac - Chrome: SHIFT + CMD + R **We don't store Data on a Server, Its all on respective blockchains** # I can't claim tokens **Most probably you didn't do enough research on the project, and the team run off with your money.** **So yeah they most Probably block you from getting your tokens. Point No6.** Other possible causes are mentioned below. 1. Your transaction to contribute never went through. 2. You are connected with the wrong account. 3. You have already claimed your tokens. 4. You sent to the token address instead of the presale address. 5. You probably don't have enough gas fees(BNB) in your wallet. 6. The Owner has a fraudulent token and has disabled the transfer feature of his token 7. ensure with token owner that they have used the right router address in their code. 8. ask them to disable liquidity fees so that users can transfer tokens 9. make sure presale address has enough tokens that you are trying to claim ## We cant do anything at this Point, if you don't understand why, you may read here: Yeah actually most people basically dont understand what we are. We are a decentralized launchpad. We dont check any People who launch a Presale, we got no System where they have to apply or ask us for permissions currently. To prevent honeypot, We are developing Anti-HoneyPot mechanism. But It can take sometime in Q4-2021. It's a borderless System, which has a lot of benefits to people who actually want to launch Projects... But yeah all these benefits can also be used for bad intentions... This is why it's super Important that you, as a user, #dyor and inform yourself. # I can't unlock my locked tokens ## Deactivating Fees? Whitelisting Addresses? Most of you are simply confused by the fact that an INTERNAL Transaction doesn't show like an EXTERNAL transaction on the logs.
